Meals, Snacks and Drinks

School meals are cooked at the Junior School kitchen on site. Payment should be sent in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the child’s name and class.  Cheques should be made payable to Birmingham City Council and your child’s name and class written on the back.  Enquiries about entitlement to free meals may be made at the School Office.

Children may bring a packed lunch, in a named lunchbox, as an alternative to a cooked meal.  Water is provided for all children.  Children may also be taken home for lunch.

School Meals - delicious
All food ingredients and products in schoool are nut free and we ask parents who give their children a packed lunch to only include food which does not contain nuts.  To support our National Healthy School Standard children are only provided with healthy food and drinks in school.

Each morning children may have a drink of fruit juice or milk, which can be paid for at school, or they may bring a small carton of fruit juice from home.

Fresh fruit is provided free of charge for all children and water is available throughout the day as part of our 'Water is Cool in School' initiative.
