OfSTED, SIAS & and National Healthy School Standard

OfSTED

We are very proud that our school has been identified as 'Outstanding' by OfSTED following our inspection of 11th January 2007. The Report states 'Within a really positive ethos, founded in the school's Christian setting, pupils thrive and demonstrate excellent personal development.' The Lead Inspector was particularly impressed by our focus on 'making learning fun' , the outcome of which is 'that all pupils make excellent progress and standards are exceptionally high.'

The Inspector wrote to the children after the inspection and said 'I think this is an absolutely super school that helps you all to do as well as you can.'

Following our OfSTED Inspection, we also received an additional Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools [SIAS]. This was held on 30th January 2007 and we were delighted that the SIAS Inspector also graded us as an 'Outstanding' church School.
